Base
- Removed all components from the base
- Sandblast, prime and paint base casting (Using high quality Polyurethane paint)
- Rebuild all floor lock cylinders and replace the rubber feet
- Replace all seal washers in the hydraulic manifold
- Rebuild the emergency release valve
- Disassemble wheel/caster assemblies. Sandblast, prime and paint
- Re-assemble all 4 caster/wheel assemblies. Lubricate and ensure smooth movement of table
- Rebuild the main lift hydraulic cylinder
- Replace power cord (20′ molded hospital grade)
- Polish stainless base cover to look like new
- Replace all decals
Column
- Remove entire column from table base and tabletop
- Polish and lubricate (Very important for smooth operation)
- Polish all shrouds to look like new
- Replace all decals
Tabletop
- Remove all side rails
- Remove all upper castings
- Sand, Prime and Paint (Using high quality Polyurethane paint)
- Polish all pivot points and clevis holes
- Remove headboard and sand prime and paint
- Rebuild all leg, back, kidney, Lateral tilt and trendelenburg hydraulic cylinders and paint
- Rebuild hand control (Like new)
- Replace Velcro for pad-set
- Chrome the leg pins (Prevents debris from building and easy to clean)
- Polish all side rails and spacers to look like new
- Check all hydraulic cylinders and fittings
- Check all return to level switches and replace as necessary
- Calibrate the return to level
Completion
- Attach the base, column and top.
- Secure all fasteners using the appropriate thread locker
- Check all wire connections and secure
- Affix all new decals
- Calibrate speed adjustments for smooth table operation
- Perform an electrical safety test (Very important for bio-med)
- Install new 3″ Memory foam pad set
- Send through our quality control department
